This Privacy Policy describes how AVSysMaster (“the App”) handles information. The App is an iPad control surface used to communicate with professional audio/video equipment over a local network via TCP.
The App may store the following locally on your iPad:
This data is saved in the App’s local storage (Application Support) and is not uploaded to our servers. The App does not operate a backend that receives your content.
The App requests Local Network permission so it can send TCP commands to AV devices (for example matrix switchers, DSPs, or displays) that you configure. Network traffic goes only to the hosts and ports you enter. We do not use Local Network access to scan or collect unrelated personal data.
You may export or import configuration as JSON files using the system Files / Share sheet. You decide where those files are stored or sent. We do not receive them.
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social SDKs that collect personal data.
The App is intended for professional AV use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it within the App, replace it by importing a new configuration, or remove the App. Uninstalling the App removes its local data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
